After numerous enquiries we have analysed our website hits with our external partners and have now configured our website to ship all our products to customers in the USA and Canada where our stock fully dyed black board grade is not manufactured by local packaging companies. 

We use DPD to deliver all parcels to the USA and Canada at an introductory flat-rate of £19.95 including full tracking.

From 29 August 2025, the US Government removed the de-minimis threshold for imported goods. This means every shipment we send to the USA will have duties and taxes to pay before it can be delivered. This is how it works.

1 - we book and confirm your order to the USA with DPD. 

2 - a secure payment link is emailed directly to you for payment of import duties.

3 - DPD will collect your parcel from us and hold securely for up to 5 days while awaiting payment. 

4 - Once payment is made, your parcel clears US Customs and will be delivered to you.

Please note DPD will not attempt to deliver the shipment without import duties being paid upfront and these duties are not included in our selling and shipping prices. www.bectechpackaging.com is not responsible for collecting any local or state sales taxes that may be applicable.

If import duties are not paid within five days DPD will return the parcel to us and we will refund your order minus any shipping costs we are unable to recover from DPD.
