Ordering a custom box sample

We turn around hundreds of custom samples each year for website and trade customers in a wide variety of corrugated grades and colours to help distinguish their own products. 

Our Zund cutting + creasing machines run all our samples and production, so your sample matches exactly the production boxes. We use the same machine and settings for each sample and subsequent production run, as each one has presets saved to make our production and protoyping setups and changes as quick as possible. 

All you need to do is email us here and let us know your custom box internal sizes, colour, quantities, any print requirements and if you have any preferred FEFCO design/style - don't worry if you don't know as we can help you find the perfect one. 

Have a look through the huge number of box styles available here. All are infinitely adjustable if you want to add thumbholes, locking tabs, internal fittings etc.
